Terms and Conditions

Review our Terms & Conditions covering enrolment, fees, refunds, certifications & placement assistance at our EC-Council-accredited IT training institute.

Last Updated: 19 August 2026

2.1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to siliconuniv.com ("Website"), owned and operated by Silicon Comnet Private Limited ("SiliconUniv," "Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing this Website, browsing course pages, submitting an enquiry form, booking a demo class, or enrolling in any training program (System Administration, Core Networking, CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, SCCNE+, Microsoft Azure, Network Security, Digital Forensics, Cyber Security, CEH, CSA, or ECIH), you ("User," "Student," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and DPDP Consent Notice. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Website and refrain from enrolling in our programs.

2.2 Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age, or enrolling with the consent and involvement of a parent/legal guardian, to register for any course.
  • Certain advanced courses (e.g., CCNP Enterprise, ECIH) may require prior foundational knowledge or completion of prerequisite certifications (such as CCNA before CCNP), as specified on the respective course page. SiliconUniv reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming enrolment.

2.3 Enrolment & Admission Process

  1. Enquiry / Demo Booking: Submission of the enquiry form, WhatsApp request, or phone call constitutes an initial expression of interest and does not confirm a seat in any batch.
  2. Counselling: Enrolment is subject to a counselling session where course suitability, prerequisites, batch timing, and fee structure are discussed.
  3. Confirmation of Seat: A seat is confirmed only upon submission of the required registration form, payment of the applicable registration/course fee, and (where applicable) signing of the enrolment agreement.
  4. SiliconUniv reserves the right to accept or decline any enrolment application at its sole discretion, including on grounds of batch capacity, eligibility, or incomplete documentation.

2.4 Course Fees & Payment Terms

  • Course fees are as communicated officially at the time of enrolment and are payable as per the schedule (lump sum or instalments) agreed upon during registration.
  • Fees once paid are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy set out in Clause 2.5 below.
  • SiliconUniv may offer periodic discounts, scholarships, or promotional pricing at its sole discretion; such offers are time-bound and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Delayed or dishonoured payments (including bounced cheques/failed instalments) may result in suspension of classroom, online, or lab access until dues are cleared.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

2.5 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refund requests, if any, must be submitted in writing to the respective training centre within the timeframe specified in the enrolment agreement/registration form provided at the time of admission.
  • Registration fees, once paid to confirm a seat, are generally non-refundable except as specifically stated in the enrolment agreement.
  • In the event a batch is cancelled, postponed, or restructured by SiliconUniv, students will be offered the option of a batch transfer or refund of the unutilised course fee, as applicable.
  • No refund shall be applicable once a student has attended a specified number of classes/lab sessions as defined in the enrolment agreement, or upon issuance of vendor examination vouchers/certification access.

2.6 Batch Schedules & Course Modifications

SiliconUniv reserves the right to reschedule batch timings, change trainers, modify delivery mode (classroom/online/hybrid), or update course curriculum to remain aligned with current industry and vendor certification requirements (Cisco, Microsoft, EC-Council). Reasonable advance notice will be provided to enrolled students wherever practicable.

2.7 Code of Conduct & Attendance

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline, professional conduct, and punctuality during classroom sessions, lab access, and online classes.
  • Misuse of lab infrastructure, sharing of login credentials, unauthorized access attempts, or any activity violating cybersecurity ethics (particularly relevant to Cyber Security, CEH, CSA, ECIH, and Digital Forensics programs) is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.
  • Minimum attendance criteria, where applicable, must be met to be eligible for the internal course-completion certificate and/or vendor examination voucher.

2.8 Certification Issuance

  • SiliconUniv's internal course-completion certificate is issued upon satisfactory completion of the required attendance, assessments, and project/lab work as defined for each course.
  • External/vendor certifications (Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft AZ-104, EC-Council CEH/CSA/ECIH) are issued solely by the respective certifying authority upon the candidate independently clearing their official examination. SiliconUniv facilitates exam registration/vouchers where applicable but has no control over, and bears no liability for, individual examination results.

2.9 Placement Assistance Terms

"100% Placement Assistance" refers to the Company's commitment to provide placement support services — including resume building, mock interviews, interview scheduling with hiring partners, and career mentoring — to eligible students who meet attendance and performance criteria. It does not constitute a guarantee of a job offer or employment. Final selection is at the sole discretion of the hiring company. Students must actively participate in placement drives, interviews, and preparation sessions to remain eligible for continued placement support.

2.10 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website — including text, course material, study notes, lab manuals, logos, the SiliconUniv name and branding, graphics, videos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Silicon Comnet Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. By submitting your details, you consent to Silicon Comnet Pvt. Ltd. contacting you for enquiry handling, counselling, and communication purposes.

2.13 Limitation of Liability

Subject to applicable law, SiliconUniv's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any course shall not exceed the amount of course fees actually paid by the student for the specific course giving rise to the claim. SiliconUniv shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, employment opportunity, or business, arising from use of the Website or enrolment in a course.

2.14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silicon Comnet Private Limited, its directors, employees, and trainers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of Website/lab facilities, or infringement of any third-party rights.

2.15 Force Majeure

SiliconUniv shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance (including batch delivery, lab access, or examination scheduling) resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, internet/network outages, or public health emergencies.

2.16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh and/or New Delhi, India.

2.17 Amendments to Terms

SiliconUniv reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website or ongoing enrolment in a course after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Students are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2.18 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
